Never ones to rest on their laurels, the team behind après have been working hard on a new look and feel to coincide with the launch of the their new Mere Green bar and restaurant.
Designer Matt Rawlinson has used light woods and whites to create a venue with a calmer, cooler yet still sophisticated atmosphere bringing a modern yet funky Scandinavian feel. Outside, the chic white furniture and decked frontage offers guests the chance to chill-out in style making it the perfect hangout day or night.
Hidden speakers ensure that, mellow music blends into up-tempo grooves throughout the day to create a lively atmosphere in the evening whilst at weekends, the vibe is lifted further by live DJs who play familiar yet funky tracks until the early hours.
With no clear boundary between bar and restaurant, guests are invited to eat, move and mingle with ease and the personalised menus and offers ensure that food is not only delicious but relaxed, fresh and informal.
